This website has been setup by PLCA Owners to inform you of important matters regarding the current operation of our Condominium Association.

 

Recent events have raised concerns about efforts by one or more individuals to influence or alter board operations outside of our normal transparent procedures.

Their disputes and actions have already cost our association THOUSANDS of dollars. Recent communications are consistent with their desire to eliminate the management company in order to "self-manage," which deviates from normal practices for an association of our size (281 units) with a value of our reserves ($1.35 million).

You've probably already read the numerous, nasty emails and social media posts targeting the "legacy" board members.   They are tired of the attacks, and as a result, they probably won't run again.  If this happens, this would allow Lacey Evans to put in place the very same people behind these attacks.  Once in a position of power, they would likely vote out Vanguard Management Group, and put themselves in a position to self-manage our condo association to include a new LCAM and admin assistant.  We can't let this happen!  Our community has made great strides under the current leadership and management in recovering from the previous self managed scenario.  Those of you who've been in PLCA awhile probably know the previous LCAM destroyed PLCA records upon her exit.

In any event, we need your help in taking back PLCA from the small group of destructive owners who have created a negative and hostile environment throughout our community.

Please review the documents below to understand more about why Lacey Evans should be Recalled as a Board Member.  The owners sponsoring this website believe that while the current management isn't perfect, it does provide accountability and transparency.  In order to protect PLCA from self-management from these individuals, the recall of Lacey Evans is needed by a Majority of Owners.
